Tapper Quits Ahead Of We Are Scientists UK Tour

We Are Scientists’ drummer has quit the band just days before they embark on a UK tour.
Michael Tapper will not be accompanying the rest of the band on their ‘Trivial Pursuit’ tour of universities, which is due to start in Middlesbrough on Saturday November 3rd.
The band say that the split is amicable and that “Michael Tapper has relinquished his duties as drummer of We Are Scientists in order to pursue other things.”
No permanent replacement has been named yet, and the band have also announced that they will be holding self-improvement seminars for fans before gigs.
Maybe these seminars will turn into counselling sessions to console fans now that Tapper has left?
