An outstanding album released by Funeral for a Friend ‘Casually Dressed and Deep in Conversation‘ has rocked the wild crowds of the UK and America.
The small village band of Ponty Pridd has created an infectious and mind blowing debut album, from mellow to heavy it will without doubt rock your senses!
From performing in local pubs to achieving three top 20 singles and this gold certified debut album, Funeral for a Friend have risen from the crowds of all the competing bands and created a huge effect. ‘Casually Dressed and Deep in Conversation’ has been the start of Funeral For a Friend’s fame, after releasing this album they went on to achieving Kerrang’s ‘Best Newcomer’ award, working closely with Linkin Park, Taking back Sunday, Coheed, Cambria, Autumn to Ashes and Atreyu, also headlining at the Reading and Leeds festival in the UK.
This album consists of just a few of Funeral for a Friend’s top singles, from “She Drove me to Daytime TV” to “This Year’s most Open Heartbreak”, each lyric within in the album has its true meaning and has proven a stamp on many fan’s minds.
The album was released on October, 20th 2003 through Ferret Records, produced by Colin Richardson and co-produced by the band.
