Sheryl Crow is to launch her own clothing line later this year.
The singer announced today that she will launch a western/folk themed denim line, named Bootheel Trading Co.. The line, which has been a dream of Crows’ for several years, will be launched in June, this year.
The collection will contain 27 pieces inspired by Crow’s own style and wardrobe. “I’ve always been kind of a jeans girl,” she said. The line was deigned by the singer and he stylist and is affordable, with the most expensive items reaching around $62.
“I want to be able to provide a cool look for anybody, but particularly for those gals out there that have a fashion sense and want to feel good but can’t afford to buy the really high-end stuff.” Sheryl Crow will promote the clothing line with in-store appearances and wearing her own designs at her concerts.
