Welsh singer Duffy has topped the UK charts, thus ending the five week reign that Swedish DJ Basshunter has had over us! Hooray!
Mercy debuts at number one on on the strength of download sales alone! Nickelback had to settle for second place while Basshunter slipped down to third.
Duffy has been making waves recently with her new single Mercy and upcoming album Rockferry, which is set for release on 3rd March. The official release of Mercy is set for 25th February…that’s when you can get your hands on a physical copy!
The ever annoying and freakish looking David Jordan climbs one place to forth., with Adele not far behind, but slowly slipping down 2 places.
Paramore climbed 40 places up to seventeenth with Misery Business
