Firetrap Expansion includes Middle East.
Firetrap will open its first store in Dubai this month after signing an international franchise agreement via their parent company World Trade and Design, with Middle East retailers the Paris Group. The brand plans seven shops in the region.
This is only part of the huge expansion plan devised by Firetrap retail director Nick Starsmore. Launching 5 concessions in Italian retailer Coin (including locations in Milan and Rome), the brand is also set to launch their 5 store in the UK. The store will open in Belfast this month being closely followed by others in Nottingham (July) and the new White City scheme in London (October).
New chief of Firetrap Pan Philippou, who joined the brand back in September said: “We want a sprinkling of stores in the UK to represent the brand. The company has a lot of talent and most of the work has been going on behind the scenes. Belfast will be the first indication of the fruits of our labour.”
