Gisele Bundchen has sensationally revealed today that her rumoured collaboration with top fashion designers will never materialise.
The top model who is a favourite with Victoria’s Secret was expected to launch a full-on campaign for a collaboration with hot designers Dolce and Gabanna and had party organisers preparing to throw a string of bashes in Rome, New York, London and Paris. “I am surprised and flattered by the news that there was a party being planned in honour of a collaboration with Domenico and Stefano,” Gisele told Vogue.
“Surprised certainly as no such line is in development. They are two of the most talented designers in the world and are in no way in need of my help to complement their collections,” she added.
“I have been so grateful to participate in their campaigns and runway shows and look forward to a continued relationship with them in this capacity.”
It seems there was a gross misunderstanding somewhere along the way and this is one celebrity who’s not cashing in on a design collaboration. Good for you Gisele, stick to the day job!
