Freakishly Big-Eyed Cast For Artist Biopic

Not really, everyone, its just the title. Thomas Haden Church (Spiderman 3) has joined the cast of ‘Big Eyes’, a biopic of the artist Margaret Keane, who used to paint creepy pictures of sad looking women with big eyes (not exactly how Brian Sewell would have described it, but you get the picture).

Church will be playing the husband of Margaret, Walter, who turned out to be a right nasty piece of work and tried to claim the credit for all his wife’s lovely work. Kate Hudson will also be appearing in the movie. Scott Alexander and Larry Karaszewski (who recently penned the screenplay for ‘1408′ and wrote ‘Ed Wood’ together) will be directing the movie from their own script.
