Heroic Depp Saves Lives in Real Life

Johnny Depp has recently done even more to cement is stance as a true Hollywood legend. On the set of new Michael Mann flick ‘Public Enemies‘ (which we reported on a few days back), Johnny Depp rescued six (!) extras from certain death when a stunt-driver lost control of a car on set.

The extras, who were standing with their backs turned, received a shock in the form of the Deppster running into the path of the car and pushing all six to safety. Depp plays bank robber John Dillinger in the movie, a role that could not be far-removed from the life-saving superhero that Depp has become.
